Call Waiting
What it is:
While you are in the middle of a phone call, you will hear a beep indicating you have an incoming call. If you don't want to answer it will go to your voicemail.
Caller ID
What it is:
Check and see who is calling your phone number, then decide if you want to answer. Some telephone carriers charge as much as $7.50 per month for Caller ID, not netTALK. We give you control and the information you need, without paying a penny more. Caller ID works with Call Waiting, so you can be in the middle of a phone call and switch over to an incoming call. If you don't choose to answer, the call will go to your voicemail.
How it works:
Your Caller ID phone number will be the number you select when you register through the DUO Account Manager.
Three-Way Calling
What it is:
Talk to two people at once! netTALK Three-Way Calling allows you to add a third party on the same call at no additional charge.
How it works:
While you are on your current call, press the flash button or the hook switch. Dial the number of the second party you would like to include. Once that person is on the line, press *46# to connect all callers.
Call Forwarding
What it is:
Forward your calls to any other phone. Send calls to your mobile phone, work phone, home phone, or any other number. netTALK lets you set the priority order for each phone's specific ring.

What it is:
Assistance at your fingertip. You finally get a directory service that's easy to use, with comprehensive listings in the US. But unlike others, this service is completely free.
What it is:
Enhanced 911, or E-911, service is a North
American telecommunications based system that
automatically associates a physical address with the
calling party's telephone number and routes the call to
the most appropriate Public Safety Answering Point
(PSAP) for that address. The caller's address and
information is displayed to the PSAP call taker immediately upon call arrival. This informs emergency
responders with the location of the emergency without having to verbally provide it. This feature is
useful in times of crisis when communicating one's location is difficult or impossible.
